Claudia Lazzelle is an upcoming senior at Susquehanna University, pursuing a double major in political science and environmental studies with minors in ecology and women & gender studies. Lazzelle is from Maryland and grew up learning about the Chesapeake Bay. She is excited to improve her knowledge of native and invasive plants while doing buffer maintenance for Chesapeake Conservancy. In her freetime, Lazzelle likes to read, hike and play board games with friends.
