CoraJo Tozzolo is the executive assistant at Chesapeake Conservancy, bringing more than 15 years of experience in executive support and business operations. Tozzolo specializes in keeping people, projects and priorities moving forward while helping organizations operate effectively and efficiently.

Since graduating from Washington College, Tozzolo has built her career supporting executive leadership, managing projects and identifying ways to strengthen organizational operations. Tozzolo is also a graduate of the Leadership Southern Maryland Emerging Leaders Program.

A former college athlete, Tozzolo always enjoyed being partof a team and helping others succeed and spent several years coaching high school and youth field hockey, where she developed a passion for mentorship, leadership and building strong teams. Outside of work, Tozzolo enjoys spending time with her family, running, camping and exploring the outdoors.
