Emma is a master’s student at Vanderbilt University studying data science. She earned undergraduate degrees in data science and geology from St. Lawrence University, where she developed a passion for combining analytical thinking with environmental science. Her senior research project focused on using Bayesian statistics to develop an algorithm modeling clam growth in the Adirondacks. Outside school, she enjoys hiking, swimming and sewing.
