Patty is the vice president of operations for the Chesapeake Conservancy. She oversees internal operations, with a focus on administration, human resources, vendor relations and helping ensure the organization and team have the tools needed to function at their highest level.

Patty brings more than 30 years of human resources and operational experience. She has worked in the conservation nonprofit space for 15 years and is passionate about its overall mission. Before joining the Chesapeake Conservancy, she was director of operations at Earth Science Information Partners.

Patty lives on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two grandsons and her dog Millie.
