Erin is a communications associate at the Chesapeake Conservancy and for the National Park Service’s Captain John Smith Chesapeake National Historic Trail. She is an Annapolis native and lifelong Marylander with nearly 20 years of varied content development, writing, editing, and media relations experience.
Previously, Erin served as communications director for Governor Larry Hogan’s Coordinating Offices and as press secretary on his 2014 campaign; and as a press secretary for Congressman Andy Harris, M.D., of Maryland’s 1st District. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English Language & Literature from the University of Virginia. Erin lives in Annapolis and enjoys playing tennis and the violin, hiking local trails with friends, and visiting the Maryland and Delaware beaches as often as possible.
