Geospatial Analyst

As a geospatial analyst, Ndumezulu Mpofu has extensive knowledge of geographic information systems (GIS), global positioning systems (GPS) and remote sensing principles, theory, re-engineering design and systems development practices, services, activities and techniques including systems analysis. His skill set uses a range of software tools for GIS mapping and map design and maintenance, data analysis and internet-enabled GIS including organizational standard modifications to existing applications based on user needs and specifications, particularly for precision conservation and restoration projects both within and outside the Chesapeake Bay watershed.

Mpofu grew up in Zimbabwe and South Africa where he began growing his interests and training in GIS transitioning from human geography studies to GIS. His hobbies include making music, running, reading and watching good television.
