Save the Date: October 15, 2017

Join us on for a cocktail reception on October 15, 2017 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at George Washington’s Mt. Vernon to celebrate revolutionary leaders and ideas that can change the world and are protecting the Chesapeake. This year we will be honoring:

• Mt. Vernon Ladies’ Association for their leadership in preserving this national treasure, and their work to found Piscataway National Park–the first national park founded in our country to protect a historic viewshed.
• Maryland Governor Larry Hogan and Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe whose bipartisan leadership in land conservation has led to a healthier Chesapeake Bay.
• Microsoft powers much of our precision conservation, helping us create the data we need, faster, better and less expensive than before.
