Restoration Project Advisor
Frank serves as Chesapeake Conservancy’s on-the-ground person in central and north central Pennsylvania, connecting with partners and landowners to implement agricultural restoration projects. His work is focused on restoring streams and making progress toward the rapid stream de-listing of specific impaired waters in the region. Frank has over 20 years of experience of working with landowners and partners to restore streams in Pennsylvania. Frank earned a bachelor’s degree in wildlife and fisheries science at Penn State University. He enjoys fly-fishing and hunting. A Pennsylvania native, Frank resides near Loganton with his wife Kathy.
