Kelsey Everett

Partnership Digital Resources Associate

A Baltimore native, Kelsey grew up always having a fondness for the Chesapeake and the watershed. Kelsey graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Geography and she is currently working on her Masters of Natural Resources at Oregon State University.

She started her professional career through a year-long internship program through the Chesapeake Bay Trust, Chesapeake Conservation Corps working with the National Park Service. Through that internship, she had the opportunity to work closely with the Conservancy to develop education programs and learn how to code to develop websites.

Kelsey is very excited to work with the Chesapeake Conservancy team and play a role in the partnership with the National Park Service. She is excited to share her encyclopedia of Chesapeake recreational knowledge and put it into her work with the continued development of In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, their pets, and visiting local, national and, state parks.
